I paid, but my course has not opened
Access normally opens as soon as the payment goes through. If it has not, send us your payment receipt on WhatsApp or by email and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 3 days of your payment for a full refund.
I forgot my password
You can set a new one yourself: reset your password. The link is sent to the email address of your account.
Which plan should I choose?
All plans include everything; they differ only in length. Pick the one that covers the time until your exam. Compare the plans.
